Abstract We report the discussions and some preliminary results from the sessions of the 200{times}200 GeV {mu}{sup +}{minus}{mu}{sup {minus}} Collider working group. The physics motivation for such a {open_quote}{open_quote}medium-energy{close_quote}{close_quote} collider is discussed. Possible parameters for such a system are described, and compared with higher-energy systems. Relatively-high luminosities (L{approximately}10{sup 33} cm{sup {minus}2}s{sup {minus}1}) appear possible. Modifications of existing facilities to obtain medium-energy {mu}{sup +}{minus}{mu}{sup {minus}} collisions are discussed.
