Abstract The heats of explosive decomposition of PH/sub 3/, P/sub 2/H/sub 4/, SiH/ sub 4/, Si/sub 2/H/sub 6/, GeH/sub 4/, Ge/sub 2/H/sub 6/, SnH/sub 4/, and B/sub 2/ H/sub 6/, either pure or in mixtures with SbH/sub 3/, are measured. Heats of formation and thermochemical bond energies are derived. (auth)
