Abstract A stack of 100 stripped emulsions were expcsed to a separated 1.15-bev/c K/sup -/ beam, 1/3 of the exposure time in the direct beam and the remainder behind a 15-in. H/sub 2/ bubble chamber. The results of track and area scanning are given, and their implications for the beam composition and mean free paths of K/sup -/ are discussed. (D.L.C.)
