Abstract A robust adaptive controller is presented for the plant described by a controlled auto-regressive integrated moving average model with bounded disturbances and unmodeled dynamics due to plant-model order mismatch. The robust stability of the closed-loop system is achieved, and the open-loop unstable or/and nonminimum phase plants can be handled by the controller suggested.<<ETX>>
