Abstract We consider a nonlinear dynamic stochastic system with control. A problem of stochastic sensitivity synthesis of the equilibrium is studied. A mathematical technique of the solution of this problem is discussed. This technique is applied to the problem of the stabilization of the operating mode for the stochastic gas discharge system. We construct a feedback regulator that reduces the stochastic sensitivity of the equilibrium, suppresses large-amplitude oscillations, and provides a proper operation of this engineering device.
