Abstract Fermilab E-760 has contributed improved measurements, i.e., masses, widths and branching ratios, as well as added new information, e.g., the existence of the P-wave spin singlet state, to the body of knowledge on charmonium. This paper presents new results on the production and decay of the {eta}{sub {ital c}}, i.e., mass, full width, and branching ratio into two photons, as well as limits on the decay of the {eta}{sub {ital c}}{sup {prime}} into two photons. It also reports on progress on an amplitude analysis of three-body light meson final states, provided by an all neutral trigger done in parallel with charmonium studies. The interest is in the possible existence of new light quark states in the 1--2 GeV mass range. {copyright} {ital 1995} {ital American} {ital Institute} {ital of} {ital Physics}.
