Abstract Seamus Blackley is head of the Games Department at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where his role is to define and execute CAA's global strategy for representing many of the world's most respected and successful game creators. Under Blackley's leadership, the Games Department specializes in securing and negotiating game production deals with publishers, financiers, film and television studios, and networks, as well as building and advising development companies to give game designers greater creative and financial control. I interviewed Seamus in December 2007 to discuss physics, social networking, in-game advertising and convergence.
