Abstract Data are presented on the levels of strontium-90, strontium-89, and cesium-137 in milk samples collected in Wales throughout 1959. Levels of activity rose during April, May, and June. The increase is attributed to an increased rate of fall-out as well as an increase in the soil reservoir of fission products. (C.H.)
