Abstract The dispersion properties of oblique magnetoplasma polaritons in a metal-semi-conductor-insulator sandwich are studied. In is shown that the distribution of the low-frequency slow magnetoplasma waves has a nonreciprocal character, and the effect of the decay on their properties is studied. It is established that the dispersion curves have sections with negative disperion.
