Abstract We have investigated electron transport behavior of tetrathiafulvalene molecule connected with zigzag graphene nanoribbon (zGNR) using density functional theory combined with non-equilibrium Green’s function method. We have reported the transmission coefficient of the scattering region at different bias voltage to explain the nature of the current.
