Abstract The explicit form of the weakly-relativistic Vlasov and the Fokker-Planck collision operators for a multispecies plasma are evaluated by using a systematic expansion in {beta}{underscore}={ital v}{underscore}/{ital c} and retaining corrections up to the second order.
